Donald C. Lawrence

Don Lawrence began his career in real estate over 30 years ago in the Washington D.C. market. After graduating from the University of Maryland with an Economics degree, he focused on valuation of large and complex commercial real estate with such firms as Ernst & Young and Joseph J. Blake. After ten years, he started his own full service commercial real estate company in the Georgetown area of Washington D.C. Initially the company offered valuation consulting and appraisals,commercial brokerage, leasing, management, development, and consultation. In 2004 Don moved his family to the Augusta, Georgia metro area where he continues his real estate company and has recently expanded it to include residential sales, leasing and management. Don holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is the Managing Broker and owner of D.C. Lawrence Real Estate.
